Just to give you a heads up.

 

Friend of PBSBAC and angling celeb Henry Gilbey has just launched a new magazine called Adventure Fishing.

 

It hit the shelves this week and you can pick up your copy at Smiths and any other stockist of Newsquest publications.

It aims to be different.

No bleak fishing on the canal

No staring at motionless rod tips on a damp beach

 

All about Adventure Fishing whether that be hanging under a bush for monster Barbel, Coalfish in Norway, Amazing UK shore fishing or... the most amazing Marlin in Cape Verde.

 

Henry kindly asked me to produce a few lines for the first issue which I was very pleased to do and I suspect he will welcome content from many us so long as it follows the Adventure Fishing theme.

 

(I just tried to upload a PDF scan of the front cover and my short article to the picture gallery (where it is) to then put here, but can't get it to show up... any ideas?)
