codpiece
I have just found a ''dusk to dawn'' lampholder device in my shed, question, will it work with an energy saving bulb? thinking of putting it in the lamp on the corner of my bunglehouse to over my boat. Rob
Don't see why not - I have one and it works OK. I think the only issues with energy savers is a dimmer - though you might be able to get dimmable ones now. Rob
Newboy
What's a dusk to dawn lamp? The problem with the cost of energy, even an energy saving light bulb will probably costs a bit in energy cost, it may well be more cost effective to start again and get a LED bulb, they use about 10-20% of an equvalent wattage energy saving light bulb.
