Those of you who like a comp in a Kayak have a look on the new Angling Trust's Wessex Division web site.

http://www.anglingtrustwessex.co.uk/ then click on competitions tab.

There is a AT kayak comp on 17th & 18th September at Christchurch

The target fish will be Bass & Thick Lipped Mullet on a catch & release basis (photo's of course)

I thought you Kayakers may be interested.

Just been corresponding with one of the guy's running the event (Paul Fennel) and it appears to be Bass and any species of Mullet that will count.

Thanks Dave, I am currently helping with the organisation of this event ,what they need is a base to run the comp from as the outdoor education centre at hengistbury head which was going to be used is going to be to expensive , it looks like the scout camp at tuckton could be a possiblity, , any ideas from the locals at christchurch would be appreciated .

Thanks

Ben
