Anyone know how to get my bilge pump out of a warrior. On my old boat, a quick twist and out it came.this one is black plastic base, pinkish middle bit where the motor is and a black plastic top part shaped a bit like a big wingnut.I tried twisting but dont want to break anything....please help????.

generally there will be lugs and the need to press in in a couple of opposing positions to release the top/motor - but I don't know the specifics to yours

sorted!!!!Lifted clip on side then twist off it came.put it across a battery worked fine.

Ckecked out the switch pannel, although the led light was coming on there was no power switching.I move the live output onto a spare switch on the pannel, moved the sticky bilge pump label.job done. The led only tells you the fuse is OK not that the switch is working.lesson learned.thanks Duncan.
