ChrisE
Well done whoever brought Moonfleet along to last night's meet. Those floats that can be clipped to the line looked very clever. Just bought a few from their website. Chris
Leicester Fisheagle
Ditto plus a few other items as well that I would not find locally. Website certainly worth a look at if you make your own rigs. Lots of the items are available elsewhere but its one of the few places where they are available together. Allan.
great white
Not sure if it came accross last night, but it did in the chat I had with Ian afterwards. Moonfleet angling is doing a huge amount for ex Army lads recovering from traumatic injuries, and for Help for Heroes Ian like many of the lads can not really hold down full time jobs whilst under medical care, but they do make and sell excellent kit. Its benifits to them are apparently far beyond what they earn, it gives them independance and self belief again. I think we as Club Members should give them our support where we can. lofty
I had a pout on one of those floats today and didn't catch a double figure bass I don't think they work! They are easy to use but might be better on mono rather than braid though?
