SOUTH COAST ANNOUNCED AS NEXT AREA FOR MARINE PLANNING THE Marine Management Organisation (MMO) has today ( 1 Aug) announced that the coast and seas from Dover to the River Dart in Devon will be the second area in England to benefit from marine planning. Coddy Posted August 1, 2012 Report Posted August 1, 2012 Having had a quick look on the suggested site, I would hope that they take a long hard look at the data that has been provided by the MCZ project by Balaced Sea and Finding Sanctuary before spending more taxpayers money to get similar results. I am not usually sceptical but I am begining to think that by the time all these projects, ideas and initiatives get started it will be too late for our fish stocks and the state of our hobby.
