'The Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (SIFCA) is currently advertising a new bylaw that will restrict the gathering of sea fisheries resources -- including digging and collecting bait -- in seagrass beds.'

 

Rats! So, no more seahorses for plaice bait. ;)
