Manic Moore
Thanks for all your tips folks, but there must be a bit more to this fishing lark. The weather wasn't brilliant, S/Wly was gusting to about 20+MPH so drifting proved difficult. Didn't get a touch. Tried along the channels near Rockly and tried mooring up in the Wareham channel. I guess if was easy it wouldn't be so much fun! Thanks for your support Manic (Gordon)
Swainiac
Gordon..I havent seen your post, but did you try a slow retrieve in the Wareham area?? This worked ok for me during our flounder comp, I managed to bag four, only around the 1lb to 2lb mark though, but a fish is a fish in my books!!!! duncan
well I can only add that the only real blanks I have had in the last 3 years have been flounder days in the harbour..........it certainly isn't easy!
