Well, all this helping on JV has made me neglect JoJo.

Serviced a few weeks ago before the "Turbo Time" on the Shambles and I also had fitted a water separator due to these rumours of water in fuel due to ethanol content.

It was the ideal time as the bulb on the fuel line was failing.

New rod holders too on the stern:

I had been planning a rewire for a while and measured this and that and bought the bits.

Was going to make a loom then install, but I am now just getting in with it!

Cutting the old:

Remove underseat fuse box:

I have a similar setup on my motorbike under the seat,

a real timesaver in a breakdown, as similar to being afloat very vulnerable when a something fails on a bike

surprised these are not more popular

Careful Charlie!

Adam didn't inspire me, just delayed me by several months!!! Though, I had delayed myself by a couple due to the ruddy cold weather!

Yes, waterproof, has a seal all the way round and clear lid. The back just has the blades sticking out. I'm making a bus for the back.

I would have robbed it but he still hasn't got it!

Plus he is using twin and I went for single strand.

Must say, I'm impressed with the adhesive lined heat shrink, creates a nice seal over soldered joins.

Also, the heat shrink adhesive crimp spade connectors work well too.

I've got as far as all but the lights under the console wired this morning (interrupted by visit to Kayak classic at Swanage) just the under seat wiring to go - structure scan, sound system, bilge pump negative & bait well pump.

Just the fuel line to finish (check valve and new bulb & connectors).

The ready for Dartmouth next week (no sharking though, too early this year).

Under seat Fuse box nearly finished last night. numerous things soldered, crimped and sealed by torchlight!

Now the big push in the evenings before Saturday morning.
