Ive worked with fish all my life And look through hundreds of fish lists every week,in latin and english and the closest i can get is Kirk's Nothobranchius, a pretty little killifish from Africa

Or Kirk's blenny from oman ph34r.gif

Or several Koi varietys that sound like they start and end in "k"

eg...Kanako

kohaku

kin ki

kujaku

Around British waters there's the Kitefin Shark which is a kind of Scottish dogfish-looking thing (they call them sleeper sharks), and the Knifetooth dogfish which is a deepsea beastie, and Koefoed's searsid which is another deepsea beastie.
