AVON SEARIDER 4 METER RIB - 50 HP MERCURY OUTBOARD - TRAILER

 

Hi im selling a 4 meter Avon Searider RIB for my friend as he's just brought a bigger rib. These are excellent boats, very stable and quick and will handle well in all weathers. The condition of the rib is good and the hull is in good order with no major marks or visible damage. The transom is all solid and the boat is clean and tidy all round. Avon Seariders have flooding hulls to give more stability when not under way but on this boat, the chambers have been blocked off which seems to be very common to do. The rib also comes with a fishfinder although screen on it is not great, handy for reading water depth. Has a 60 litre petrol tank and comes with a anchor and rope, also has nav lights and teleflex steering.

 

The engine is a recently serviced mercury 50hp early 1990s. It is an electric start and starts first time and has been very reliable, also has electric power trim. Goes in and out of gear smoothly and pumps water well.

The engine has always been flushed through with fresh water after use.

 

The RIB comes on a decent all roller trailer which is only a few years old, had been well made to suit this rib in particlar so launching and retrieving is easy to do even on your own. The bearings are all good and tows very well.

 

This boat is all complete including the straps to secure to trailer and the number board if needed, all ready to go and have some fun with.
