Chap with newly purchased boat,has all the gear,all the equipment,and belt and braces insurance.Despite all this his engine dies off the Needles.He quickly gets the anchor down,tries but cant get it started so summons "sea Start." ,20 mins later,the operative is alongside in his R.I.B. 10 mins later still,he has got the engine running well. "All fine sir",he say's and jumps into the RIB. As he pulls away matey says,"will it get me back to Poole O.K ?", .."certainly", replies the Operative,"just crap in the tank"....."Fair enough says the boat owner, but how much and how often ?"
