Nick got out with jim on saturday they only managed a single plaice all day.

 

sunday we fished pm on the flood from 1st LW to 1ST HW small run up but with a wind aided drift managed 3 plaice boated (1 on float kit, 2 on ledgers) and a couple dropped all fish coming 3-4.30ish. biggest 1 1/2.

 

Finding that when drifting the plaice are taking the static bait more, eg free spool then move bait?

 

Some huge tanker boats out inthe bay.
