Sad news:

Doesn't say whether he was wearing a lifejacket or not, but I'd recommend one if fishing from a height above the sea.

 

I've worn mine a few times spinning from the rocks in north cornwall / Devon.

 

One reason I have a blue not red jacket, so it doesn't stand out when trying to keep a low profile from the fish (if that makes a difference!).
