Paul D Posted June 23, 2005 Report Posted June 23, 2005 Kam, Fished the Solent yesterday and it is full of weed. Awful. Mind you still had one smoothie, one bass ( small ), numerous small bream and a red gurnard, so not bad species wise. Quote

Paul D Posted June 24, 2005 Report Posted June 24, 2005 Caught the gurnard whilst drifting Hampstead ledge on the flood using a stormy on about a 3 foot trace fished "hopper" style . I was hoping for bass ( still working out where to get em ! ) but it was a pleasant surprise. Quote
