JIMBOB Posted July 17, 2005 Report Posted July 17, 2005 Forgot to post this before , last week when out conger fishing. Just before dark Kev shouted " what the @$*!* is that" ,Darren and myself looked round to see a football sized object landing on the sea,it fell without a splash and was floating very high in the water, a bit like a balloon, it was grey/brown with hexagonal shapes all over, we all just watched it for a while as it drifted away in the fast tide. We then pulled the anchor to chase after it as we were about to move on to another mark. By the time we had got that done we couldn't find it again We thought some kind of weather balloon?...........? Quote

Rich I was, young fellah me lad, refering to the lights in the sky. However the floating and disappearing bit I put down to an over vivid imagination and/or indigestion. Mad Mike Quote
