Outdoor music.

So I thought I would like to be able to have some music in the garden and rather fancied the idea of putting together my tunes on a laptop (playlists) etc. then sending them to outdoor speakers. 

I know nothing about this type of gear,  or feasibility. 

Has anyone got a few suggestions for a simple way to achieve this 🤔 please?

Very much depends on the scale you have in mind Trev, are you looking for some background music or a wall of sound? At the lower end there are some very good and reasonably priced bluetooth speakers that will work from a laptop or your phone, if you have an Amazon account you can use Amazon Music to collect your playlists, otherwise you'll be looking at Spotify, etc. I use Amazon with two B/tooth speakers linked to my phone, they're waterproof and portable. You'll probably get a lot more complex advise from the techies amongst us, it's really a question of how much you want to spend, as always.
