Tracking Black Bream, Sharks & Rays Event

A free event to hear project updates and learn what to do if you catch a tagged fish. 216 black bream and 113 tope, smoothhound, undulate rays and thornback rays have been tagged over the past year, join the event to find out where they have travelled.

An engaging public event that will showcase the exciting results of two innovative Fisheries Industry Science Partnership (FISP) projects: Angling for Sustainability and Pollack FISP. These projects have been working with fishers to collect vital data on black bream, elasmobranchs and pollack, to inform evidence-based fisheries management. The conference will consist of presentations from project researchers, partner and guest speakers.
