Afishionado
Les gets into the Mullet Very Windy in the harbour today, made the fishing very tough Not sure that is a Mullet as we know them. Over in the Keys and intercostal gulf waters they call them 'Ladyfish' same family as the 'Bonehead'. Fight like fury and loads of tailwalking but VERY slimey to unhook. Paul D
Mike, That is a thin lipped mullet from Christchurch harbour. Definitely mullet as we know them ( and Christchurch harbour from the background as I know it ! ).
