Neo's trailer has always been a little light on the towbar ball and since having the E-Tec fitted ( which is 103 Kg as opposed to the previous 67 Kg Honda ) this has made the towball weight even less.

 

Therefore, I have moved the axle of the trailer back by an inch and it has made all the difference.

 

( Mind you whilst doing this I spotted a nasty gouge in the bottom of the boat from when the boat twisted whilst being launched one day last year - repair job needed sometime. )

 

I also, spotted that the boat was not sitting straight on the rollers either, so is actually sitting off one pair of rollers altogether, so some adjustments needed as well I think.

 

I was going to replace the hubs and bearings this weekend ( Only something like
