Afishionado Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 I have just fitted a whole new deck/cockpit lining using B&Q laminate bathroom flooring I looks just like a laid teak deck, but as the surface is a bit shiny I am wondering if I should router a sort of diamond pattern into it? What do you guys think? Mad Mike Quote
markee_b Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 Perhaps you could stick the soles from some unwanted shoes on top, pointing up of course, as this would make an ideal non-slip surface ??? Quote
duncan Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 much easier to simply stick a non slip material all over the top surely Mike.......... Quote
Mike Fox Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 if you can find a glue that sticks non-slip on.... Mike PS How DOES teflon stay attached to frying pans? Quote
Fugazi Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 I've got some unwanted non slip swimming pool matting if anyone wants it. The interlinking roll up type, ideal for use on cockpit floor (colour blue). Gordon H Quote
