alun j.
I had three lovely hours drifting around the Ledge last evening but only got one mackeral. Four small pollock was a consolation, with one big enough for supper tonight. I heard Paul J. had fun with the bass in Christchurch harbour. Alun. blueboatdriver
I had haf a dozen off of Ballard last night just as the sun was going down which is usually a good time anyway. Only a couple of drops and then they were gone; I was expecting more. Nice big ones though. Simon.
Speciman
Had a string of 3 on today 1 mile out from Durley Chine. Thinking I'd found a good shoal I dropped my feathers down again but got nothing after.
