Gnasher
i wasnt gonna bother reporting, but id thought id write something, just because no one else is as the weather is pants and no ones fishing. Im begginning to get bored of this mullet fishing now 2 be honest, and im only doing it because i couldnt afford a ticket for a carp water this season, so stalking mullet at ultra close range has a few similarities to stalking carp in the margins(only using much lighter gear). Had a chat with hopalong, he recently had a decent mullet too, get outa plaster soon mate, then headed for Lymo at 8pm. Blowing a hoolie, conditions are at its worst for fish spotting. Anyway, sneaked out 2 small thicklipped on the ususal light gear and tiny pieces of bread. I think next week will be my last week fishing for them as the interest is dissapearing fast(thats if i can be bothered). Ive got the carp bug back that ive been trying to shake off this season..........its not fair Anyway, 2 fish in 45 mins cant be too bad. P.S........the sooner i can get the boat out and catch my first decent bass the better, then carp will be tucked right at the back of my mind for a while longer.
