charlieannear
Having learned that Rich misses his pet Snook so much that he has his holidays in the same place every year, I started wondering where the rest of you chaps like to return to? I have to agree with Rich, Clearwater is a very nice spot indeed- I once spent 6 weeks there! C.
Newboy
Crete, friendly people and the place is absolutely fantastic. Had my honeymoon there and went back there on our 10th anniversary. Not a great fishing place, but some bream like fish on light floating bread.

Mike Fox
Iles Chausey...and they're in club waters. Just SE of Jersey, open, wild, rugged, massive tides at 13m on springs, clear water. Mike
Mike Y
Egypt - a nile perch safari on Lake Nasser is a real break from it all - and blackberries/mobile phones do not work! For luxury Impalila Island on the Zambezi in Namibia - catching tiger fish while watching elephants - amazing. plaicemat
From a fly fishing point of view, Canada, Argentina or wilderness fishing in Colorado. For sea fishing, Canada, Australia or Florida. Mrs. B may disagree. Terry.
Gnasher
havnt done much in other climates, although i did go big game fishing in St Lucia out of Rodney Bay, a beautiful place, fishing wasn't great though. Landed one barracuda, but did watch a marlin playing on the surface, couldn't get a hook up though. I fished Dream Lake in France with Dom and Big Steve, spent the week carp fishing which was great fun.....Dom finished Top Rod on the lake with the most fish, with biggies over well over 40lb.....They were even doing a Carp Talk Mag feature and he out fished the pro's..............I would love to go back.................Or a go on the River Ebro in Spain for the big cats..... With the way my finances are, xchurch harbour is gonna be the furthest i get out for a long while
