TomBettle
In honesty I would love Jason to buy a boat from me, but those that have actually had proper chats with me will also know that I am happy to offer fairly impartial advice to.... If you are around early next week Jason, pop down to my office at Salterns and we can cat about what is right for YOUR needs. Everything depends on what you actually want to do, how far, how big, how fast, how often etc etc. You'll need to know what sort of budget and so on that you want to invest in a boat and we should be able to steer you in the right direction. If you are thinking of new then the boat shows are a great time to buy as there are always good deals being done. Always haggle as us dealers will generally have something up our sleeve. Another time to buy is the run up to the Southampton Boat Show (now). Dealers will have the last of their '05 / '06 stock kicking about and we need to shift it. Honest dealers will tell you that they have to shift the boats, others will just give you a discount, either way you can save a fair few
