Speciman Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Fished the flooding morning tide at a mark 2 miles out in Christchurch Bay today to try for early cod and whiting. Fishing in 40feet of water, using mini squid I had lot of dogfish and one small pollack. If anyones interested report with pics here. Quote

Speciman Posted October 28, 2006 Author Report Posted October 28, 2006 Thanks guys. Next year I'm planning to buy another kayak for touring and fishing. Once she's kitted out I'll have a spare for my missus to use and also for anyone who would like to try kayak fishing. Quote
jack Posted October 29, 2006 Report Posted October 29, 2006 How many Kayaks could you buy if you sold a "warrior" or an "arvor" ? jack Quote
Paul J Posted October 29, 2006 Report Posted October 29, 2006 Saw a kayak out early this morning hanging on to a buoy just off Xray. It was fully rigged for fishing two rods and looked well cool. PJ Quote
Zzippy Posted October 29, 2006 Report Posted October 29, 2006 I am not sure where xray is...But Speciman was at Hurst Castle/Needles area Today,And Richi was off of Heingusbury Head or Xchurch ledge. Richi has an Orange/Flame Kayak. And Speciman has a yellow one.May have been one of them you saw today. Quote
