Friday evening fished outer patch was looking pretty poor then.... Nick has a 4lb 4oz ballan wrasse, followed by some bream of which he has a 4lb (PB) and 3lb 3oz, alas I only managed a 3lber we also both lost some better fish maybe the magical 5lber? We also forget to take our live peeler crabs which may of produced some bigger specimens!. We had loads of other bream all betwen 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 lb and some more wrasse, pout and doggies.

Sun Eve was not as productive with only a couple of bream to 2 1/2lb, doggies, pout and 2 gobies on the same mark.

Monday day went to evans rock where we had only 5 bream biggest 2lb, 1 doggie and a mackerel, weather was a bit wet but was flat enough to fish. Was a large naval vessel out in the bay also.

4lb and 3lb bream!! ohmy.gif That's pretty good going. wink.gif

Club record is 4lb 6oz.

Specimen size is 3llb 8oz, so 4lb is around 114% isn't it?

Make sure they are all recorded. Could win the May trophey.

Hi Colin,

Glad to see that you found a few fish on Sunday.

Not the monsters that you hoped for but better than we did.

Tonights evenoing trip has had to be postponed due to the weather but I will try again.

Charlie,

I've updated the news on the front page to mention Gary's record and referred to the forum for more details.

So, can you open a new thread in the forum?

If you have a picture I could put it on the front page also.
