Boat Trailer tow hitch weight-2

Just weigh my trailer as Codfather suggested, it is bearly 20kg, so can it be right? I suppose I ought to add about 5 kg on it since the trailer is on a slight slope. However even 25 seem quite low.

 

Thw boat net weigh is 340kg, plus the outboard which is about 50kg (but is right at the back therefore that actually lessen the hitch weigh), the anchor warp is approx 25 kg which is right at the front.

That's over 40lb, so it could be correct.
