great report Trev, and sorry about the one that got away.......... rolleyes.gif

the fish are either hugely tide/mark dependent or they are getting overfed with ground bait and fussy/taking a nap!

you didn't mention the return trip (trailer) so I assume you got back ok on the 'new' bearing!

Great fish chaps!

However, I have this personal theory that the bream are gorging themselves so much on groundbait, that they don't want my bait.

Everyone, PLEASE stop groundbaiting immediately to give me a chance.

Thank you.

Cheers Guys!

Jaknow, I almost forgot in the excitement........ When we dropped anchor, I allocated the task of attaching the buoy, and home made yanker, to my co-skipper.

Porkers lug operation ............ vorsprungdorkd!ckhe&d............... nice chap smile.gif !

No sooner had the pick dug in and I was gloating over the fact that we were right on the numbers, did I see my 2 hours neatly fashioned work, drifting off on the ebb sad.gif .

Has anyone picked up my buoy and ring piece............... unsure.gif
