Coddy
Bit of a late report as I have just back from being away. Bill and I took Sammy out to Poole Patch on Sunday, should have gone Saturday as the weather was much kinder :-( We flew out to the mark and dropped the pick and from the off we started to catch fish, for a change! Bill ended up as the wrasse king as he managed to pull up Ballen and a Corkwing wrasse plus another that we didn't know what it was at the time. I thought a GoldSinny but turns out to be a female cockoo wrasse. Bill also managed a couple of Pollock plus a Tom Pot Blenny, I got a black bream of about 1.25lb Wind started to get up to a F4 to 5 so we had a slow wet ride in back to Poole harbour. On the way in I saw a jet skier fall off his bike and start waving for help but just as we arrived his mates turned up to help out. He wasn't hurt but ended up a long way from his jetski. We tried the harbour but nothing wanted to play so came in a little earlier than expected but as usual it was good to be out. Coddy
