Paul D Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 Mike, I love ( NOT ) the way Garmin introduce a GPS with built in maps for the UK and then only sell this in Europe, separately introducing a model in the USA with inbuilt maps of the US. No prizes for guessing which model is the cheaper !! Quote

What I was trying to say was Garmin have now ensured that you cannot buy a GPS from the USA as it wont have the inbuilt maps ( you can stiull get these separately ). This now ensures that we can still pay the high prices we do. ( Checkout the cost of the equivalent model in the USA with inbuilt US maps ). Quote
