lady jane
we launched from lymington at 5 pm with the plan of some bass fishing and then give the sole a try. well by 9-00 pm we had added bass and mackerel to our list of catches, it was amazing to see lots of large shoals of mackerel in one area. 9-30 ish the anchor goes down and the kettle goes on, the first sole breaks surface about 10-30 big result for us this early in the season.the rest of the night proved to be good and busy. 5-00 coffee and up anchor and of to try for a comp bass, just the one but caught too early. 8-00 ish now eyes feel like they are hanging out so its time to head for home. bass, mackerel, scad, bream, sole, ray, cheers andy

JIMBOB
Hi Andy I'll have to try and join you out there one night. I better dust off my light gear and my size 4's, I'm missing a nice bit of Dover sole for my dinner
