Member Removed Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 Hi, Anybody recommend a good wheel clamp for an R10 size wheel. I'm looking to cover the wheel nuts...and theres a mud guard which fits pretty tight to the wheel. Any recommendations appreciated, approx cost, where to buy.... Cheers, GrantB Quote
Coddy Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 (edited) A good selection here http://www.towsure.com/category/6847-Wheel_Clamps Would also suggest a hitch lock as well. Helps keeps the theiving b**ards at bay for a while. Coddy Edited July 17, 2007 by Coddy Quote
alun j. Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 I can recommend the Bulldog 'Trailclamp'..........not shown above. It's very easy to use; it's strong, robust and covers all the wheel nuts. No fiddly, swinging arms or anything to adjust..........just slide the two parts together over the wheel. I got mine from Ambrow's on Barrack Rd. Christchurch. Alun. Quote
Rob Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 I have a Trailclapm too, the reason I got this one was because it is so easy and simple. Many other ones which envolve allen keys and a whole lot of faff. Got mine from Ambrow too, perhaps ours are siblings Alun! Rob Quote
