Domain Name Renewal Problems

Just had an invoice from Nominet as domain is up for renewal. The registrar should have done this - so currently onto them to do this.

According to letter we have 10 days.

 

If there is any interruption you will know why - but should get this sorted out in this time hopefully.

let us know the IP address of the server hosting the forum and people can connect directly to that rather than through the domain name.

 

Its a bit messy but will provide people with thier daily forum fix

 

so rather than http://www.pbsbac.co.uk/forum

 

we have to use http://10.10.10.10/forum <- that is something i made up and wont work so no point in trying

 

messy but should work

No problem - all sorted now.

 

IP address doesn't actually help as the forum references a database which is referred to by domain name
