djredrupp Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 forget the ugly mount, and flush mount it on the roof, taking off the bottom bracket! though you will need a bit of wire-hangar work through the access pannel to get it through, but it will be a lot safer (well not as prone to break off) and is almost hidden from sight on the roof!
