Member Removed
A chance to blow away the cobwebs and a blast from Cobbs Quay to Southbourne on flat seas. The boat was anchored up and the bites came every cast the big rod with 4 squid was being ravaged by dogs and but didn't get the bite I was waiting for unfortunately. A procession of whiting pouting and dogfish made for an enjoyable day out on the light rod. Heard on the VHF about someone who went overboard at Langstone they were recovered and sounded OK but not pleasant at this time of year. A fast run back to Cobbs with a whiting for tea, better than cold turkey!
Sinbad
Hunter Sounds great! much better than being landlocked in relative-ville! Enjoy the whiting.. Paul
