Hi fellas, as the weather looks spot on for tomorrow i fancy a trip out, either after the bream on the ledge, a conger from ph34r.gif somewhere, or an few early smoothies!

Any other boats out if so who and where?

I know we got a few smuts from the 9 mile banks last week but whats the chances of getting any in the solent at the mo.....or shall i go breaming on the ledge or congering on a dirty great wreck that throws up the odd beast?

Any tips guys?

Looks like Dom's getting out more often after becoming a dad [???]

Hope the forecast holds true ...... and lasts into [part of] Weds.

If you stop off on the Ledge........let me know if my planned early start there on Weds will be worth the effort.....it hasn't been too encouraging so far!

Good luck wherever you get to.

Dom,

Go for the eels, we had no luck at all yesterday trying for bream on a couple of proven bream marks. However, Chris my crew managed to hook up with a nice eel that took a squid bait dangled amongst the rocks!

The bream aren't here yet.

Went out yesterday and had 3 breams, 2 pollocks and 40+ dogs.

Other chartered boat didn't do too well either. I think southern star had one bream by 1:00, and Rob Thomson has 2 breams.

The morning was lovely by in the afternoon the wind picked up and it was freezing.
