It was very busy out by the pier today!!!! I reckon Sat will be manic.

What made me chuckle was all the Birmingham Navy boys in their gin palaces all complaining about how rough it was on Saturday and how they were all seasick!!

 

We sat out a couple of miles dangling a bait or two in the water thinking what a glorious day it was!

 

Alas no cod to be had.

Nope, Not a new or secret Cod mark, It is the old english custom of drifting to music for Plaice, Have you never done it!!? Derek.

Perhaps it was calmer further out then, because it was not too good anchored up by RFA Mounts Bay. And ST struggled on the way back from between the piers to the chain ferry.

And too many boats = no fish.
