Gnasher
Diawa Vitesse in 8lb class. I have a pair. they are very thin blanks, deep burgandy in colour, look the dogs and are one of the best light boat rods i have come across! I have both of mine in the 7ft versions. A real bargin of under 50quid!

plaicemat
I won't get involved. Whatever one suggests, someone will say it's b@ll@cks and what they use is best. That's a good price for a Solid C, though. Terry.

Ewen is Penn UK's main repair man, based in Scotland. A legend in his own workshop he'll fix any Penn reel and have spare parts for most Penn kit.
