The effort was very much appreciated by me, and I didnt get a chance to say thanks properly. Well Done, and no doubt some more feedback will come from the others at the meeting, once they trim off a few slivvers for tasting... Another side (the smallest ) is coming to my brother's house warming tonight. And the third is coming to the parents for Christmas. It is being very well appreciated! If any of you trout anglers have a go at cold smoking your own, don't forget to bleed it and get it on ice ASAP as those lake trout aren't as firm and don't keep quite as well. Enjoy.
