bacon100
Hi after making several wrong purchases on propeller size I would like to borrow or hire a 15x15 for a volvo 270 stern drive for a day. I have a 16x13 and a 14.5x13 if anyone would like to borrow those, thank you, Darrell.

Coddy
Trev Don't forget it is the short hub you have, Darrell make sure you have the right size hub. There should be some numbers on your existing props Volvo numbers are; 16x13 should be 854986 for left hand 16x13 should be 872000 for right hand Both are only available in High Speed or HS Long hub versions 14.5x13 is not listed as a standard volvo size 15x13 STD (standard) should have 813316 stamped on it for Left hand 15x13 STD (standard) should have 813317 stamped on it for Right hand The above is with a short hub Long hub props do not go down to 13 pitch Seems if you have a mixture of props or one has been modiified at some time. bacon100
Hi I can pull 5000-5100 but with the 16x10 i feel it has lost the forwad push a bit,it is a standard blade width. I have a 14.5x13 with high speed blades that only pulls 4200 rpm but seems as fast though i do need to check this with my gps. if so might be werth re pitching that prop as one last chance.I have also got some smart tabs to put on but am told this will probably not help much.
