Popped out Xmas Eve

Popped out this morning with a friend from work. Bit of a breeze first thing which created a huge swell but it was fishable. Motoring out in teh rain was not pleasent but at least the air temp was acceptable!

 

Had a few non boat issues that PJ helped with (spirit of the club at it's best).

 

So nothing worth reporting but my crew had a good time and a couple of jumbo pout for teh pot.

I also popped out ........ a bit later, but still in the rain !!

 

swells gone but a bit of an eaterly blowing.

 

Discovered my floatation suit is no longer waterproof [wet bottom !] !! so I'll be looking in Jan sales as I can't wait until next Christmas!!

 

Will Sunday still be on if the wind gets up a bit , as forecast???

You can get some stuff called something like NicWax and wash it in it. Did my Penn suit and re-waterproofed OK.
