With the wind looking ideal but tides are MASSIVE is it worth fishing the top of tide?

I would value the advise of the more experienced than me,I know it will only be a few hours but previously they have been the best

Or should I save t for a neap?

Thanks for any advise guys Nige

If its going to be nice and sunny like today it would be worth a 'go'

try the shallower marks away from the big lumps of lead your going to need further out blink.gif

let us know how you get on

Hi Nige

There are a few spots closer in worth trying, that are not so badly affected by tides.

I thought the boys were keen to go, so i was going. ether side of the 10 am HW and up to the start of the main ebb.

trouble is Sam has a new girl in tow and Dan collected a replacement car today. both suddenly not so keen on a short trip.

Wendy's new kitchen arrives next week, so I had better get ready for that instead.

Back to the point, there may be some decent whiting about and rays at slack, so tight lines and have fun.

I know ehere I would rather be wink.gif
