Duncan, I haven't heard of any being caught in the harbour yet. I would think as soon as your bait gets anywhere near the bottom a crab would have it; this time of the year anyway

What size are his adults? If I could get up to 30knts I don't think another 2 would worry me too much

Went out on Marlyn with Tony today. Had a tip off from a local crabber that he was catching a few trigger fish in his pots. Tony, first drop, straight into one; 2lbs 12oz. Caught: bass; gurnard; wrasse; bream; mackerel; pout.
