Fished the high water slack and the first hour of Ebb( 10am12pm) off the end of the Ledge. 3 dogs was all i got so i ran back in while there was plenty of water left. A huge tide but it was nice and flat= a joy to be out even for a short while PJ

I always do a radio check and as long as it's on the routine traffic channel ( 67 for solent and 73 for Portland) they don't seem to mind. As far as letting them know the passage plan- i don't bother PJ
