  1. The lighting boards are made using the same material as the red and white road work barriers. The time it will take to swap all the lights over will cost more than a new one(tried it for a customer).
  2. Indespension never made the sand skipper. But i know the man that did. In my opinion, once used you will always use it.
  3. The two middle engines are x x long shaft, the next two are x long shaft, the next two are x x long shaft and the out two were x long shaft. At full throttle it uses about 160 gallons per hour. And will carry nearly 20 tonnes just in the fuel tanks.......
  4. Glasplies did have a reputation about the quality of their resins. They will now only supply reblended resins in you ask for that. They will supply 888x which is a 1st quality general purpose resin. We only actually buy buckets, rollers, rep foam and hand cleaner from there. But i have never had a problem with them. For the amount of money that you will save, its really not worth using reblended resins on anything more than flat roofs. Steve
  5. i pay about
  6. Rather than try and fit the 30+mm nut through the steering grommet. Depending on the boat, it might be easier to disconnect the cable from the helm and feed it through the grommet from the engine end. I put the steering cable through its own one and feed the rest through a second. Steve
  7. Hi I designed and built the Explorer 500 in 1997 which became the 2000 and lastly the Elite. I can only vouch for the quality of the boats that i built, and have not heard of any bad ones. Brian and myself were partners in approx 2000 until i went back on my own and developed the Endeavour 500. Steve
  8. Does the transom ply not go all the way up to the top of the transom on the Warrior?
  9. ask for gelcoat with wax added.
  10. Is the motorhome GRP or Aluminium? If its Ally, then i would leave it. If its GRP, use a stanley type scraper and take your time. have a bucket of Acetone with a cloth, and keep the Sikaflex moist... Hope this helps Steve
  11. Warrior are on the honda stand with the 175 and the pro angler. not many small boat builders there.
  12. http://www.aquafax.co.uk/html/products.asp?ID=2411
  13. have you not thought of LATEX. each dip will apply a slightly thicker layer. just keep dipping till you achieve the thicknes that you require.
  14. does it connect to ball joint? if so, has it worn down???
  15. the suzuki is approx 70 kgs heavier than the honda. that needs to be taken into account.
