At last everthing is done i hope 8084 is in with High Definition Digital Radar, radar overlay on chart, fluxgate compass, AIS, fishfinder and camera looking out over stern it's taken a while but all seems to have come together at last with a big thankyou to chris at marine electronic service so i may not have any luck with the fishing but i have a lot to play with when waiting for the rod to bend if anyone is thinking of this sort of thing their more than wellcome to have a look before they buy cheers graham

well i pushed the boat out this week and had the navman 8084 gps chartplotter,radar,fishfinder and camera fitted so i think that i will be looking at a screen instead of fishing for a some time. If anyone has had anything to do with radar overlay i would be very glad to hear from them and if your about to invest in a multi system your more than welcome to have a look around mine cheers graham

Just got delivery of 100mtrs 12mm multiplat and 10mtrs 6mm chain already spliced on to it

Alan i was out the other week and when the tide run so did the boat i could not hold bottom hence the change . I even linked another rope to it and still could not hold cheers graham

I hope i have got this right i've just ordered 100 mtrs 12mm multiplat with 10 mtrs of 6mm chain for my Quicksilver 640 this will be on to a 7.5kg bruce type anchor cheers graham

turned up on sat morn to do battle with the whiting to find someone had hit and broken off part of my outboard on it's mooring in cobbs phoned richard at holes bay marine really great emailed me photos and est forward it on to noble marine ins they give the go a head all in one day. Only good thing on sat was a 11 1/2 lb cod so if any one hears of a boat that needs a repair with the bottom of my outboard stuck from it please let me know cheers graham
