Are you on a red or a blue network and is the gps module the only item on your network?
My guess is that you are on LGC2000 gps module with a blue connector, there were a lot of issues with that module have a look for a label on the bottom of it and see if it has the ESD protected sticker.
Other things to try is to check the power to the NMEA network is present, find the "y" lead and look for the cable containing a red, black and shield and make sure you have got your 12v between the red/black. Also look at the 60ohm resistor end cap for corrosion and connection. There was also a software update for the LGC2000 that might be worth a try.
My guess would be that the module has gone tech on you, if you have to replace it get an LGC3000 or 4000 and a lead to connect to your blue network, as the newer modules are built to survive better when flooded with radar signals, which is what caused the older ones to blow.
