Yes sunday was a lovely day , forecast was good so I too decided to go out from Weymouth. Did my bit for the fish stocks by blanking but my main goal on the day was to work out a system of launching and retrieving on my own at the sailing academy in Portland and without getting my feet wet. HAPPY DAYS.

Hi Just found out its a Johnson 3hp standard shaft about 10 yrs old and only used a few times so in vgc. Price he wants is £250 .

I know of a little Johnson 2 stroke engine in vgc and had minimal use . Will get more details tonight and will let you know .

Thanks guys . Well I had to give her another compound and polish yesterday to get those rust spots off that I seem to accumulate at Portland. Happy to have her home . Just need to find the time to get out there and some good weather to.

Can any one confirm that Portland marina is for sale and has been for a while now ? £12 mil i hear. Can think of better things to spend the money on.
