do the as above go to regional settings in control panel and then pick english (unitedkingdom) and NOT english united states but you MUST click apply and NOT ok first otherwise it wont change it same as any changes you do on yer pc or programs ALWAYS click APPLY FIRST other wise CHANGES will NOT be SAVED hope this helps

thx for the replys guys 100ft wreck is there one near by or is it miles away?? also would you get cod at a wreck?? as cod time is looming im tending to think stuff the conger and go for cod?? also in general what would you expect to catch in the winter months other than the standard man flu??

all advice posted previous is spot on also if its a 19"monitor put it to 1280x1024 if its 17 inch try 1024x768 or if you got a 22" 1650x1050 these are the standard sizes to try if you got a 22" and are playing games you may want to back it down a bit incase your gfx card cant handle it and get rubbish fps ,youll know this is the case because as you play your screen will stutter called fps lag hope this helps

what a beautifull days fishing it was corky picked me up at 9 a.m and of we went . headed of to do some macky bashing for bait ,its getting really hard now to get a decent load now or is it just us??luckily we brung along a bag of frozen macky from a previous trip . so finaly after the macky bash and by the time we got to the ray mark and started fishing it was 12.00, a little after that i get my first bite you all know the score by now my girly screaming and wooping then proceeded with the customery ffs not you again chants from corky and co. after a nice haul i get it on board and its a nice undulate my first one so another species added to my caught list this year corkys scales were broke but we all gave it a healthy 7lb released it and had the customery fag and brew. we were also getting loads of tiny little nocks so a couple of the guys did bream rigs and flung them over with worm attached and great succes was had by them they got tons of them and a couple of nice ones as well .a little later we went of to the ledge to try and get the conger at the ledge we had no luck at all thought wed give the conger a try as they are catchable from october in the day is this correct?? i know were not in october yet but hey were pretty close to it so nothing ventured nothing gained we thought. we headed back to the ray mark 2nd visit of the day to th ray mark and it turned into better visit than the first one. our m8 mike caught thorn back and corky caught a small eyed .i still hadnt caught anything else since the undulate earlier in the day so the abuse started as per usual ,whats it like to go so long with out a bit blah de blah you know how the banter goes then bang got my 2nd ray of the day it was a thorn back so then procced to anounce im a fisherman and you can all suck it and see fat boys ,got to love friendly gentle piss takes out of m8s so all in all one of my best days out yet cant wait to get my first conger!!!! dommy boy or gnasher any advice on the day time cconger bashing??as any advice/help would be appreciated as yer ray advice has been spot on and much appreciated can u get tope also at the conger marks? also were gonna be going for the cod soon any help advice on tackle/bait/places to go would be nice also seen in a post somewhere about squid is there any specifics when going for the squid as in bait or is it just the jig that looks like a pacman ghost you use??also when can u catch them?? nice fish m8 we were starting to lose hope on stargazer untill you got yours,15mins later i got 1 but due to my cack knot tieing it got off full rig the lot sick as fkin dog .no one caught any thing so we headed home about halfhour after you left. hopefully ill bag myself 1 as big as yours next trip FISH ON!!!

hi gnasher my rod says 30lb on it but im not so sure you shoulda seen the bend on it with the 7lb ray on it and it didnt feel to easy for me to haul it up maybe im expecting to much as in 30lb rod should feel quite easy 12lb rod a lot harder.chriss has a 30lb rod on the boat and the end on his seems thicker than mine as well which is leading me to think maybe it is smaller than 30lb?? i really dont know like i said im just learning all this stuff as i go on and im really gratefull of you and everyones help/advice are you going to the meeting?? hi paul i wasnt meaning that to sound mine is bigger than yours comment all boats the size of container ships and ferries are big boats and any thing and i mean any thing smaller than that is in my simple to understand know nothing about boat language small/wee/little/bathtub includeing the 16 raider i was in comes under the latter categories ,so sorry if i offended you by saying small boats as i did not mean to FISH ON!!!

bought my self a new rod and reel combo 30lb class put 30lb braid on and i was ready for action the rod is quite flexible and you get a real good feel through the rod for detections which i thought was good for a 30lb rod ,this may be the norm but i know nothing about rods and woulda thought less feel through the heaveier duty rods?? any way got a call from corky on sat do i fancy a spot of mackky bashing so we can freeze some up for bait in the winter and did i fancy bringing my son scott with me,so we headed out with my son and nephew ashley , within 1 hour the little lad ashley was going a nice shade of green and was mumbling something about being sick .we still hadnt got any mackkys by this stage and me and corky where wondering if we were to late and the mackkys have gone.........in the meantime still saying to the young lads yeah well catch loads dont worry i was starting to get nervous didnt want to bring my boy and rod out and get a total blank even mackky bashing lol got to keep the fish god illusions up with the youngsters 2 hours later and ashley has now reached lvl 1 of sea sickniss and attempts to ground bait for us i tried all sorts with him look at the horizon look at the ballon in bournemouth then bang the mackky went mad pure chaos for the next half hour the young lads were in there element little ashley had forgot about sesickness and had then moved onto how they were pros and we were rubbish. we got a good bucketfull to freeze up so it saved the day and on the way back in we passed the usual anglers on the haven groines and the fishermen on the quay the lads held aloft there prize mackky screaming look mackies!!!!! well worth it sun came proper fishing time grabbed a few mackkies on the way to the ray mark ,it was nice and calm on the way out pleasant journey. while out there we heard on the radio about a diver who was unconsous and bleeding and needed lifting you could hear on the radio the skippers anguish in his voice so the helicopter come out hover really low and take the guy of then head back to poole ,got to be said what a marvoulous and courageous job the rescue servies do and after seing yesterdays events makes feel a bit happier and safer knowing that hey are there and i hope i never need to see them ,they all deserve premership footballer wages for there jobs......... and on the way back in we heard a call come for 2 lost divers of a wreck at lulworth not been seen for 45 mins ,this promptly got us saying f!!! diveing dont trust my life with a metal can on ma back.not a day for divers yesterday back to the fishing the ray mark and what a day i had we started of with the usual couple of doggies biteing away nothing much . so after that nothing so i decides im gonna stuff my fat face with a sandwich and choccy bar so i sits in the cubby and yep you guessed it soon as the cheeks went down BANG went my rod the butty got dropped and of i went galloping like a wildebeast running from a lion to snatch my rod then proceeded with the customery wooping like a hyena in heat ,it felt like i had snagged the titanic it was like a pure dead weight corky then says to me that aint a fish its a snag i got to admit it suddenly crossed my mind it might be cos it didnt wiggle or nothing just dead weight so i dropped my rod a little to ease the tension then my rod wiggled like mad so it was game on and with corky saying every 30 secs you such a lucky f..... daz i knew it was good times, i got it up half way then my arms started to tire plus my arthritis was sore so that didnt help but the buzz kept me going finally hauled its fat a.. up to the top and got it in the boat and it was a 7lb thornback after the customery piccys i put it back and watched it swim away with the imortal words echoing you jammy t... daz had to have a fag and drink after that like....... i know its small compared to what you guys get but it felt like moby dick to me and seing as im new to this sea fishing malarky its all new to me rebaited up and of we go, got a couple of doggies THEN i got a twitch and bang again this time it wasnt to bad to get up at first i thought it was a heavy doggie then relized it wasnt got it up to the top and it was a blonde ray got it to the side of the boat my mate andrei leans over to pick it up and BAM the hook comes out of its mouth as his hands are 1 inch away from it!!!!!GUTTED both looked at each other and then p..... ourselfs laughing we gave it 5lb by the size of it of course thats a fishermans 5lb i then tried to claim the boat record for blonde ray but corky was haveing none of it lol he says cos it didnt come on the deck hes not gonna allow it we shall see its only cos hes jealous lol caught nothing else really corky and andre had doggies all day thats it , a white boat come over and said hello to us and he was going back in cos when the tide turns it could get choppy so we waved goodbye and fished on .oh how right was mr little white boat was we up anchored about hour after waveing goodbye to mr white boat and headed back in slowly and over some amuseing waves that resulted in us all getting a good soaking even in the cubby . so for the record i had a brilliant weekends fishing hope you all did as well and i hope all the divers are safe and big applauds to the rescue services sorry for the bible length post wife is out and looking after kids so bored FISH ON!!!

nice fish well done the bass elude me caught a 2lber just of bournemouth pier at poole rocks i think its called was more of a fluke catch than a targeted fish but hey they all count FISH ON!!!!

hi guys thx a lot for all of your offers of help and boats to look at it is much appreciated but alas my boat plans are now put back on the back burner due to the fact of the guy i was going in with to buy a boat has pulled out so my boat fund is now immediatly halved and also lost the place to store a boat ............ im still going to get a boat but it seems more in the future now, need to revise plan of attack,still got my part of funds just need to build a p.c or 2 and flog them on and add to my boat fund ill still be looking though so i can see whats what and be asking for advise which is greatly appreciated i think ill be looking at dory/shetland/microplus mainly as they seem to get the thumbs up?? sorry again for mucking you guys about but gratefull for all the advice from every one p.s whos going to the meeting on thursday so i can put a face to these lovely people im chatting to?? althought they are bigger m8 that dosnt mean they are in the right??? dont they have radar and such???? im sure you would show up on there radar more than 100 yards close to you??? and by all acounts hes had to turn any way cos he was heading to swanage beach..... just cos hes bigger dont make him in the right?? in the school playground and such they are normally called a bully??? sounds more like the captains been caught in the duty free close to port and actually had to work for his wage rather than rely on im bigger than you and the auto pilot,admittedly you should give them there respect they deserve but thats a 2 way street in my eyes also he sounds if he was really close to the shore ,qustion mark on his course??? who knows/who cares just as long as no one injured but it would be good to know there EXACT route and what they classify as near to some 1 else before actually changeing course? i know nothing about ferrie procedures or such like as into who has right of way in a marked channel apart from passing on the right of the vehicle or is there even a rule as to where a boat is moored in deep water not in a marked channel what is the score??? does moored boat move or the running boat have right of way and force moored boat to move??cos hes bigger(like said incident here) so before i go spouting any more drivel can any 1 clear it up for me cos im a complete noob and know nothing and only guessing here like i said i dont know whos right or wrong but what i can summize so far is mike fox did nothing wrong and the good old ferry barged on through doing what he liked cos hes bigger???? i stand to be corrected by you knowledgible selfs FISH ON!!!

hi gnasher we got out there about 12 id say so we defo missed yous!!! ill give the low diameter braid a go ,i was useing 12oz to keep on the bottom and for the congar chris got it was on the numbers dom sent us (thx ) we defo need to buddy up or meet up some time out there cos at the min were like passing ships in the sea no pun intended it seems were out when yous are either not out or have been out earlier and seing as yous seem to get a lot of catches and biggies i think we need to change our time table to yours lol plus the fact i think were fishing at the wrong time of tides and stuff mainly cos we dont know what were doing lol but we will PREVAIL....
